What we collect

Only what's needed to do the work you've hired us for:

• Contact details you give us — typically an email, and a name only if you choose to share one.
• Identifiers you ask us to find and remove — usernames, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and aliases. We collect these solely to locate and remove your exposure.
• Service correspondence — the messages between us about your engagement.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how this website is used. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to audit your exposure, file and follow up on removals, monitor for re-listings where you've engaged us to, and communicate with you about your service. That's the entire list. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your data to train anything.

How we store it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people directly working on your engagement. We retain identifiers only as long as needed to deliver and maintain your service, and we delete engagement data on request or after a reasonable period once your service ends.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never rent, trade, or share it for marketing. The only third parties who ever touch your information are the data brokers and platforms we must contact to remove you — and even then, we share the minimum required to complete a removal, never more.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, correct it, or have it deleted — at any time, for any reason. We'll honor it. Reach us through the contact page and we'll respond within one business day.

We use only the essential cookies needed to make the site function. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sold to ad networks.
